Samsung Galaxy S2 Smartphones Will Use NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 Processor : When the Samsung Galaxy S2 was announced, we heard that it would use Samsung’s own system on a chip, the Exynos, but its seems that Samsung wont be able to produce enough of these processors for all the S2′s it intends to sell.

The guys over at ITProPortal have bee told by NVIDIA that they are also supplying Samsung with NVIDIA Tegra 2 processors which will be used in the Samsung Galaxy S2.

Do it looks like some territories around the world will get the Samsung Galaxy S2 with Samsung’s Exynos processor whilst other territories will get the Galaxy S2 with NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 processor, although there are no details on which countries will get which.

As a reminder the Samsung Galaxy S2 features a 4.27 inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, there is also a dual core 1GHz processor, which will either be the Samsung Exynos chip or the NVIDIA Tegra 2.

There are two cameras on the Samsung Galaxy S2, with an eight megapixel camera on the back which is capable of recording Full High Defintion video in 1080p, and a two megapixel camera on the front.

Other specifications include A-GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, a 3.5mm audio jack, an accelerometer, digital compass, proximity sensor and a gyrospcope.
