New Ford Explorer 4WD 2011 Specifications user reviews

New Ford Explorer 4WD 2011 Specifications user reviews ; MotherProof.com’s Chief Mom Kristin Varela knows a little something about the Ford Explorer. As a first-time parent, she bought the SUV because it could easily hold her infant daughter’s child-safety seat. The redesigned 2011 Explorer is a modern interpretation of the old Explorer, Kristin writes in her review. It’s now a crossover and has an aerodynamic, sporty look to it. The inside has been completely overhauled, too. It now has three rows of seats standard, which comes in handy when you’re hauling your kids and their friends. Read Kristin’s full review below.

The Bottom Line: Ford's new Explorer makes the old one look like a crossover. This one looks more like a sport utility, and since Explorer is credited with inventing the four-door SUV, it's only right that it should look the part. It has the capability for some medium-to-hard off-roading as well.
