World Top Stories News- fashion trends for 2012 Armenian designer : Romanticism will reign in clothes of 2012, Armenian Fashion Council member, designer Lilit Margaryan said Saturday, adding that floral-design clothing will be in fashion. According to Margaryan, the 1970s will return to the Fall-Winter 2012 collection, whereas the 1920s will prevail in the Spring-Winter 2012 collection. Also, natural fabrics and miniskirts, ranging from the super mini to the super maxi, will be in style for the coming year. And when it comes to menswear, military elements, suits, multi-layer clothing, natural leather, and shoes will be in fashion.
And reflecting on the festive decorations in capital Yerevan, the designer noted that although the decorations, such as white houses and Christmas trees, repeat too much, it is also expensive to change them. Lilit Margaryan added that she would have preferred to prepare new clothes for the Santa Clauses.
