Imogen Thomas has taken to Twitter to sum up her thoughts on yesterday’s super injunction revelations.
She wrote: “The craziest day of my life. Emotionally exhausted!!”
Imogen was referring to the day Lib Dem MP John Hemming blew the cover of the premiership footballer at the centre of the injunction row.
After weeks of the press being banned from revealing the identity of the married man Imogen claims to have had an affair with, the MP used his parliamentary privilege to say: “With about 75,000 people having named Ryan Giggs on Twitter it’s obviously impracticable to imprison them all.”
It was a day of mixed emotions for the Big Brother star, who has been fighting to clear her name since news of the alleged ‘affair’ broke in the tabloid papers.
Imogen broke down during two separate interviews on This Morning earlier this month, as she denied accusations of 'blackmail' and questioned why she was allowed to be named, simply because she didn’t have enough money to take out a costly injunction.
She also revealed that she has received death threats from football fans via Twitter and said she that she was tempted to name and shame the footballer herself, following the backlash she had endured.
Imogen told This Morning viewers: “I want to clear my name, I want it to go to trial, I want to stand there and swear on the bible and say the absolute truth.” She added “I will take it all the way. So what next for the 28 year old? The I’m a Celebrity jungle apparently beckons…
Ms Thomas was spotted earlier today leaving publicist Max Clifford's office, wearing dark glasses and carrying a shopping bag from lingerie store Boux Avenue.
