The historic flooding is being brought on by excessive amounts of rainfall and flooding across the mid Mississippi River and Ohio River Valleys over the past several weeks.
The President has already declared 11 counties along the Mississippi River as disaster areas due to the flooding expected. This is in addition to the eleven other counties that are under a disaster declaration from the historic tornado outbreak.

After a year’s hiatus at the Tour of California, Mark Cavendish (HTC-Highroad) returns to his beloved Giro d’Italia, and the Manxman has set himself the intermediate target of taking one stage victory.
“At a Grand Tour, one win constitutes success,” Cavendish said on the eve of the race. “If you go away without a win you’ve failed in my opinion, but it’s a Grand Tour, so you’ve got to be happy with one win.”
Faced with such an exacting Giro route, Cavendish is well aware that opportunities for the sprinters will be limited, but he estimates that there may be five bunch sprints in the opening twelve days of the race.
“We’ll try for every win we can,” he explained. “I’ll try for five individual stages. We’ll try for the team trial. We’ll try for 21 stages, but realistically I’d be happy with one stage.”

Yesterday, Manny weighed in at 145 pounds while Mosley came in at a ripped 147 pounds. The fight is officially sold out. This is one of the rare fights where there hasn't been trash talk between both camps. It is a testament to the great human beings that Manny and Mosley are. Both are great ambassadors to the sport of Boxing.
Sugar Shane finds himself in the same situation he was in when he fought Antonio Margarito. Everyone expected Margarito to crush Mosley. What was supposed to be Mosley last fight became his most impressive win. The question is can Mosley do it again? Can he shocked the world this Saturday night in Las Vegas. The odds are against him. But this doesn't seem to bother Mosley. He is used to being the underdog and being under pressure. In a way, he lives for moments like this.
For Mosley to pull off the upset, he has to box inside and land body shots to the body. Speed kills but when you can neutralize speed, it doesn't become effective in the later rounds. If Mosley lands some hard body shots on Pacquiao, he has the opportunity to take away Manny's speed and possibly stopping him in the later rounds. Mosley would also need to time Manny's shots. His counter punching has to be superb against Manny. We all know that Manny doesn't do well against counter punchers. Another thing is can Mosley trade punches with Pacquaio. Will he actually go toe to toe with Manny. I think Mosley is capable but Manny won't risk himself trading punches with Mosley.
As for Pacquaio, I see him doing the same thing that Mosley might try to do against him and that is work the body. At 39 years of age, I don't think Mosley can handle a faster pace. If Pacquaio pounds the body and gives him different angles then comes up with a 4-5 combination then its going to be a long night for Mosley. Pacquiao should avoid being caught up in the ropes. He tends to be caught up in the ropes and lets his opponents throw couple of shots. With Mosley, he shouldn't do this. Mosley will take advantage of it and will land some heavy blows. For Pacquiao to win, he needs to keep the fight in the center of the ring. He should try to work the body, come in and out and land some quick combinations.
The only way I see Pacquiao knocking out Mosley is if Mosley has completely ran out of gas. If that's the case, we should see a stoppage around the 11th round. Another scenario is if he is behind in the scorecards and he is taking too much punishment. I think Richardson might throw in the towel.

In fact, that is the only way I see Mosley winning, by knocking out Manny. The fight will be competitive for the first half of the fight. The second half will be total domination from Pacquiao. If Mosley lands some hard body shots on Pacquiao, he has the opportunity to take away Manny's speed and possibly stopping him in the later rounds. Mosley would also need to time Manny's shots. His counter punching has to be superb against Manny. We all know that Manny doesn't do well against counter punchers. Another thing is can Mosley trade punches with Pacquaio. Will he actually go toe to toe with Manny. I think Mosley is capable but Manny won't risk himself trading punches with Mosley.
As for Pacquaio, I see him doing the same thing that Mosley might try to do against him and that is work the body. At 39 years of age, I don't think Mosley can handle a faster pace. If Pacquaio pounds the body and gives him different angles then comes up with a 4-5 combination then its going to be a long night for Mosley. Pacquiao should avoid being caught up in the ropes. He tends to be caught up in the ropes and lets his opponents throw couple of shots. With Mosley, he shouldn't do this. Mosley will take advantage of it and will land some heavy blows. For Pacquiao to win, he needs to keep the fight in the center of the ring. He should try to work the body, come in and out and land some quick combinations.
The only way I see Pacquiao knocking out Mosley is if Mosley has completely ran out of gas. If that's the case, we should see a stoppage around the 11th round. Another scenario is if he is behind in the scorecards and he is taking too much punishment. I think Richardson might throw in the towel.
Mosley's chances of winning around in the middle rounds. If he is to shock the world by knocking out Pacquaio, I see that happening between rounds 6-8. In fact, that is the only way I see Mosley winning, by knocking out Manny. The fight will be competitive for the first half of the fight. The second half will be total domination from Pacquiao. Samsung Infuse 4G handset on May 15 2011, Samsung Infuse 4G prices may 2011 : AT&T Mobility is slated to receive the Samsung Infuse 4G handset on May 15. Despite the Infuse's massive 4.5-inch Super AMOLED touch screen, the device clocks in with a thickness of just over 0.35 inches (8.99 mm). This is the largest screen offered on any smartphone by AT&T, and complements Samsung’s Media Hub store.Infuse 4G owners will enjoy a $25 credit towards the store when purchasing the device. The Media Hub makes thousands of movies available for download and viewing on the 800x480 resolution display. Speaking of downloading, the Infuse 4G means business, with up to 21 Mbps speeds. The only hitch is that AT&T is still working on LTE implementation to make these speeds possible.
In the meantime (until mid-2011 according to the company), AT&T subscribers can fall back on the carrier's HSPA+ network, which currently supports up to 6 Mbps. The Samsung Infuse 4G hardware sports dual cameras, a 1.2 GHz processor, and 16 GB of internal storage. A microSD slot comes pre-loaded with a 2 GB memory card to increase storage to a total 18 GB off the bat.
The rear-facing camera snaps 8 megapixel photos and records 720p HD video. Although the Infuse doesn't have an HDMI out port to connect to a larger display, the device ships with an MHL adapter that does the trick. A special version of the game Angry Birds will also ship pre-loaded onto the phone. Application sideloading is also possible with the Infuse, which means apps from sources other than the Android Market can be installed. This feature can be activated from the Settings screen by unchecking a box that disallows software from unknown sources.
Android 2.2 (Froyo) is installed on the Samsung Infuse 4G, which will sell for $200 with a two-year contract from AT&T. Look for AT&T to hype the Infuse as the thinnest 4G-capable device available in the United States.

Price Of Samsung's iPhone 5 may 2011 ; UK mobile phone operator O2 has slashed the price of the Samsung Galaxy S2 to under £400, which is not only cheaper than the iPhone 4 but more than £100 cheaper than its SIM free version at Expansys.The deal, which is available directly from O2 here, comes with a major string attached though, you won't be able to unlock the phone for at least 90 days. However you can still use the phone with O2, Tesco Mobile or Giff Gaff, which amongst them have some of the best deals on the market.
The Samsung Galaxy S2 was only launched back in February 2011 and is already positioned as one of the main rivals to the forthcoming iPhone 5, which is set to be launched next month.
It has a 4.3-inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touchscreen, a dual core 1.2GHz Exynos system on chip, 1GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a two-megapixel front facing camera, an eight-megapixel rear one and is the world's slimmest phone at only 8.49mm thick.
The phone is available on any of the five PAYG tariffs currently offered by O2, which means that you will have to fork out at least an additional £7.50 topup for the first month.
That said, there are already rumours about a potential S3 handset coming later this autumn which will be pitted by Samsung against the iPhone 5.

The rating board inspected Sonic Generations (Demo) and deemed it acceptable for all-ages.Can’t say we’re shocked since Sega released downloadable demos for Sonic the Hedgehog (the 2006 game with Silver) and Sonic Unleashed. But, why would the Classification Board rate it now? Seems a bit early unless Sega is going to surprise Sonic fans by releasing the E3 demo on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live during the show. That’s just a guess, though, Sega has not confirmed or announced a demo for Sonic Generations.
Sonic Generations is scheduled for release this holiday season on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
