Google celebrates Charlie Chaplin's birthday with video doodle ; Google on April 15, 2011 celebrated 122nd birthday of English comic actor Sir Charles Spencer "Charlie Chaplin" with a video doodle.Google paid homage to Chaplin with an especially themed video doodle on its homepage.
The video featured members of the Google Doodle team, who were shown performing some of Chaplin’s famous gags from his silent films.
After the video ended, the link directed the user to a Google page showing search result for Charlie Chaplin.
Earlier, Google had put a video doodle on 70th birthday of John Lennon.
